LISTED BUILDINGS
Since Ph3 design & architecture was established, we’ve been privileged enough to work on a wide range of proposals, for a variety of fantastic listed buildings, ranging from the conversion of small mews buildings, through to the extension and refurbishments of large merchant’s houses, and the repair & conversion of some of the country’s most prestigious retail property.
Through this experience we have further developed our passion for the preservation of this country’s great buildings, and our desire to work with the best possible craftsmen and manufacturer’s, to ensure that any work undertaken to listed buildings, or other heritage assets, is done so to the highest possible standards.
We’ve got a proven track record of securing listed building consent for a wide range of properties from fantastic Georgian houses in Liverpool to exclusive boutiques in the heart of New Bond Street, London.
If you’re considering undertaking architectural work on a listed building we can help with advice and guidance on getting the right permissions, working with conservation officers and negotiating details, as well as preparing designs and applications for new works and extensions.
If you’d like to discuss you proposals for a listed building send us an e-mail at mail@ph3design.co.uk , or fill in the form on the contact page and we’ll get back In touch to discuss.
