Simpsons Ground playing fields are home to the largest community football club in the country, which currently runs over forty amateur teams. The existing changing and club facilities at the site are in a very poor state and no longer fit the needs and aspirations of this fantastic organisation.

We’ve been working closely with the club, the owners of the site and the Football Foundation to develop proposals for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new, high quality club house to house changing rooms, club offices, meeting rooms and w.c.s

We’re very proud to be working with a community organisation of this quality and really excited to be working on a design which we hope will exceed their expectations whilst coming in significantly under budget.
