This extensive Victorian villa was in need of significant updating and re-modelling internally when our client purchased it and asked us to help them turn it into a home for two generations of their family.

After working closely with them to explore a range of different options, the final design saw the building divided into three wonderful, generous apartments each stretching across one of the floor plates. The works removed a number of previous layout changes, removing a range of cramped and poorly connected spaces to create series of fantastic family sized homes set within the mature grounds of this wonderfully peaceful location.
